Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina are known as celebrities and entrepreneurs who have dozens of employees.
Even though they are known to be very rich, Raffi and Nagita are often referred to as kind-hearted bosses. This was also stated by one of Rans Entertainment's employees, Rizki Riadiani.
Rizki himself stated that he was one of the employees when Rans Entertainment was founded.
"Starting from Rans' garage, it was really small," said Rizki on the Iman Hakiki YouTube channel.
Rizki revealed that during his time as a Rans employee, he had various valuable experiences. He even traveled around the world with his boss.
Not only was he invited to travel around the world, Rizki admitted that he was deeply touched by Raffi and Nagita.
"All this time, I really remember when my mother was critical, so when my mother was critical I was in Turkey with them, I left and my father was fine, until one day my mother was critical," said Rizki.
"So I immediately said to Ms. Gigi, my mother was critical and had to go home, she said that if she came home she had money or not, she asked me that," he added.
Not only were they allowed to go home, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita even sent Rizki to Indonesia using a business class plane so they could continue to contact their family.
"I said I didn't have any money and helped me, until finally I met my mother again," said Rizki.
"When I remember I get goosebumps, because at that time I had just arrived, when I arrived in Jakarta, A Raffi was always wondering how mom was doing, I didn't work for 2 weeks, my mother was in a coma for 2 weeks, A Raffi said to focus on my parents," he added.
Not only that, Raffi also sends messages to Rizki every three days to ask about his mother's condition.
"I couldn't believe it, my God, how come my boss is so good," he said.
